Can't Take My Eyes Off You is completely independent of the manga series but is being written by Hata Kenjiro. Up until recently details of the plot have been scarce, aside from the fact that it will feature an all new story. The official synopsis, which you'll find below, doesn't do much to clarify that either.

In this series, Hayate Ayasaki continues to work alongside Maria at the Nagi Sanzenin’s mansion. Nagi receives a call from “Area 51” inviting her to the universe but will she accept?
