Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi's ending single, Little Red Riding Hood, Be Careful! (aka Akazukin-chan Goyoujin) is sung by the OToGi8 (despite the band name, the voice actors are not the ones singing). The ending was originality created by a band called LAZY before its release as the ending for Ookami-san.

Release Date: August 11th, 2010
CD Length: 9:39 (+ 9:39) 3 Vocal Tracks, 3 Instrumental.

The first track, “Akazukin-chan Goyoujin”, is a J-Synthpop type of song sung with cute feeling by the vocalists. The song is perfectly fitting for Ookami-san’s ED as they sing about how Little Red Riding Hood should watch out for the big bad wolf and that the hunter will give his life to protect her. Catchy and easy on the ears, the track’s use of synthesizers sound great and the vocals fit perfectly with the song.

As for the next track, it’s basically the same song, “Akazukin-chan Goyoujin (i-pop ver.)”, but just with a different instrumental arrangement using instruments like the guitar and drums.

The last track, “Colourful DRIVE”, is also a J-Synthpop song with a cute and catchy sound. The song does its job in bringing a heart warming feeling to the listener. Hearing the harp playing in the background during the quieter parts of the song is quite refreshing, leaving you with a sort of blissful feeling.

Overall, a very catchy single with a decent side B track

OToGi8’s single gets an 8.5/10.

This single can be bought from amazon.jp for ? 1,155 (Tax Included).
